Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details (name, email, password hash)
• Contracts and documents you upload
• Analysis results we generate from your uploads
• Billing details (handled by Stripe — we don't store card numbers)
• Basic usage telemetry (page views, errors) to improve the service

How we use it

To deliver contract analysis, manage your account, process payments, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your contracts to train third-party AI models.

Who we share with

• Anthropic — contract text is sent to Claude for analysis (zero-retention API tier).
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase — encrypted database & file storage (data hosted in Australia or Singapore region).

Data retention

Uploaded contracts and analyses are stored while your account is active. You can delete any contract from your dashboard at any time. On account deletion we remove your data within 30 days.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@kaizina.com.au. You can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you're not satisfied with our response.

Security

Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Role-based access. Row-level security on all customer data.
