1. About KaiZina
KaiZina ("we", "us") provides AI-assisted commercial contract risk analysis for small and medium businesses. KaiZina is a commercial intelligence tool — we do not provide legal advice. Our outputs are guidance only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified Australian legal practitioner.
2. Account & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into agreements on behalf of any business you represent. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time — access continues until the end of your current billing period. Pricing is shown in AUD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe.
4. Acceptable use
Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, don't use the service to break the law, and don't try to reverse-engineer or resell the platform. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of contracts and documents you upload. You grant KaiZina a limited licence to process them to deliver the service. We don't sell your content, and we don't use it to train third-party models.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaiZina's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you've paid in the 12 months prior. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
