Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. We don't lock you in.
7-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy within the first 7 days of your initial Pro subscription, email hello@kaizina.com.au and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
After 7 days
Subscription fees after the first 7 days are generally non-refundable. We may offer pro-rated refunds at our discretion for billing errors or service outages.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.
How to request a refund
Email hello@kaizina.com.au with your account email and the reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days.
